Recommendation Tools Make a Big Impact on Employees' Benefit Selection

New research from the Private Exchange Research Council (PERC), based on data from Liazon benefits marketplaces, found that decision support and recommendation tools significantly influence employees’ choices of health insurance and other benefits. The data show that the recommendation engine also exposes employees to new products, broadening their view of what they might need to better protect themselves.
